What is a Covenant Partnership?
It is a relationship - a bond between two parties much like a business partnership. These parties, sharing a common goal or objective, join forces and resources in order to reach their common goal.

Why partner with Crown Financial Ministries?
The Lord has made it clear to us that He has prepared people to become partners with Crown. People who will faithfully stand with us and help us get the job done. Joining together, each of us bring resources and a supply of God's anointing into this relationship (Ephasians 4:16) as we continue to equip people to learn, apply and teach God's financial principles. In Scripture, we find the principle of sharing equally. This implies that as we partner together and reach certain goals or claim victory, we will all share equally in the rewards that will one day come from the Lord. Maybe you can not travel and teach others, but you can pray and financially support Crown.

Crown is a multiplying ministry in that, as people are set free financially, they are also free to fund the Great Commission. It is estimated that, as the 2,5 million South African's are equipped with God's financial principles, their giving will result in a further R1,8 billion to fund various ministries. Further results expected are a debt reduction and savings increase of R14 billion and 50 000 decisions for Christ...

Today hundreds of people like you work behind the scenes helping us to equip the people of Africa. Our Covenant Partners. This ministry has a calling to bring believers into true financial freedom so they:

• May know Christ more intimately
• Be free to serve Him and
• Help fund the Great Commission.

In order for us as parners to do this, there are three things that are essential:

• Prayer
• Financial Support and
• Volunteers with skills and expertise for the many varied tasks.

Firstly, we ask our Partners to spend time in prayer daily for this ministry. When we pray, we invite God to intervene.

• James 5:16 "...The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective."
• Psalm 127:1 "Unless God builds the house, they labour in vain who build it. Unless God watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain."

Secondly, the generous monthly financial gifts from Partners are what keep the operational wheels of this ministry turning. We ask our partners to seek God as to what He would have them do to support this ministry financially.

Thirdly, we invite our partners to serve with their time and skills in the many volunteer positions we have in order to see the vision and goal of Crown Financial Ministries reached.

Our Promise to Our Supporters
We are all called to be good stewards of what God has provided to us. This certainly applies to our regular spending, but it also applies to our giving. With so many needs in our world, it is important to be wise in our giving decisions. As you consider how God might be calling you to give, please consider the following.

Low Cost Per Person Taught
Your gift to Crown represents a very wise investment. Last year Crown was able to teach God’s Financial Principles to almost 10 million people, at a nominal cost per person. As a result of this teaching, Christians across the world are decreasing their debt, increasing their savings, and dramatically increasing their giving.

Your Investment Results in Increased Giving
Several studies of the graduates from our small group studies indicate that as a result of this teaching, students increase their giving by an average of 70 percent, resulting in millions being available for Kingdom work. Although it is difficult to measure the impact of our radio programmes, newsletters, books, and other products, there are thousands of testimonies received by us each year indicating people are increasing their giving to local churches, ministries, and missionaries as a result of Crown’s teaching. By giving to Crown, your gifts are multiplied and help to fund the Great Commission.

Thousands Accept Christ
Although evangelism is not our primary mission, as Christians we are called to teach all that Jesus taught us. As a result of the efforts of our small groups alone, we estimate that over 20,000 people accepted Christ as their personal Saviour annually. That fact, considered all by itself, makes an investment in Crown worthwhile.

Volunteer Leadership
Crown is governed by an all-volunteer board of directors. Each of these members has demonstrated a love for Jesus Christ and a passion to reach the world with the Good News. One hundred percent of Crown’s board members give personally to Crown, and none of them receive any kind of compensation for their services. Crown’s cofounder, Howard Dayton, does not accept any salary from Crown, and he is one of the ministry’s most generous givers.

Personal Sacrifice
A remarkable number of the staff at Crown are working on a volunteer basis or are raising personal support. The majority of the paid staff earns wages well below what they could earn for comparable work in the private sector. In addition to that, 97 percent of Crown staff makes an annual financial contribution to the ministry. This is a powerful statement of confidence and belief in the ministry by the people that have the clearest view of how the ministry invests its resources.

Practice What We Teach
Crown operates under the same biblical principles that we teach to others:

God owns it all and we are stewards
Crown never borrows money, and has no debt of any kind
Crown builds an annual budget and monitors it carefully
Crown has emergency funds for savings, but uses the rest for ministry
Crown trusts in God’s provision
Crown seeks wise counsel when making important decisions.
Crown operates with integrity.
